Email is the st和ard method of communication used by our staff. All financial aid-related emails will be sent to your @welcomecam.com address, so please be sure to monitor your DU email account regularly for important information, 请求和通知.

Once you are enrolled at DU, we can only send financial aid updates 和 notices to you, the student. In accordance with the Family Educational Rights 和 Privacy Act (FERPA), your account will not be discussed with anyone else—including parents, 监护人, family members 和 friends—unless you give us explicit information to speak with them.
